Phönix - Dein Tier & Wir
The brief was to create a vibrant and personal brand mark for Phönix, a new pet supply store in Austria. The founder wanted an identity that felt warm and community-focused, using her favourite colours to create a harmonious and energetic feel. A key part of the challenge was to incorporate the likeness of her two beloved dogs, making the brand deeply personal from its very foundation.
Our solution was to develop a flexible logo system that could adapt to different applications while keeping the brand's story at its core.
The primary logo is clean and modern, featuring the 'Phönix' name with a playful paw print forming the 'o'. This creates a versatile mark perfect for the website and general advertising.
For special applications like merchandise and in-store branding, we created a secondary, illustrative version. We meticulously traced the silhouettes of the founder's two dogs from photos she provided, integrating them into a design that frames the main logo. This deeply personal touch tells the story of the brand's origin and its genuine love for animals.
The final brand identity is unique, heartfelt, and stands out from generic competitors. The logo system was exceptionally well-received by the community upon the store's opening, with the personal story of the founder's dogs creating an immediate and authentic connection with customers.
